The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering stunning views over the ocean. The friendly front desk staff went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable, right down to managing our requests with a smile.

The staff seemed untrained, which was a letdown. the music in the hallways was distracting and annoying, especially late at night. I ran into issues like a lack of food availability in the evening, and the hot chocolate I ordered was disappointing. it tasted thin and watery. The whole experience was a mix of some decent aspects overshadowed by maintenance and administrative issues.
